Subscription & billing

TraceLookup offers free basic phone and email analysis. TraceLookup Pro is an optional paid subscription. When you start Pro you are charged $1.00 for a 7-day trial. After the trial, your subscription automatically continues at $29.99 every 4 weeks (a 28-day billing cycle) until you cancel. We disclose these terms at checkout before any charge.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@selected10.com. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

Honest results & FCRA

TraceLookup shows only information we can genuinely derive from what you enter, plus — where available — data from a licensed data partner. We do not fabricate owner names, addresses, or relationships. TraceLookup is not a consumer reporting agency, and our reports are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You agree not to use TraceLookup for any FCRA-regulated purpose, including decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or tenant screening, or to harass, stalk, or harm any person.
